Review the benefits of a gluten-free diet and learn how fun it can be to cook for this healthy lifestyle. Learn about different non-gluten grains like quinoa, millet and amaranth and how to prepare them. Review ingredients to look for and avoid on food labels. Learn about some of the best gluten-free brands on the market, and some tasty recipes and ways to make your grocery dollar go farther! As always, try samples of the food made that night, and take home handouts and recipes that you can try later!
