ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Office Assistant:
  • Welcomes and greets patients and visitors in person and on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Schedules and reschedules appointments.
  • Collect patients’ copays.
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patient’s arrival
  • Scan and upload documents to EMR; update patient information in EMR
  • Maintains office paperwork inventory by printing frequently used patient forms
  • Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal, health and financial information.
  • Maintains the reception area.
  • Contributes to team effort by assisting where needed.
  • GREAT team player

Education – Associates Degree in Medical Office or similar. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.

** We currently have two Administrative Assistant openings – an EARLY MORNING position from 6:30am-10:30am on M/W/Th, and an EVENING position from 4pm-8pm M and W.

CLINICAL PRACTITIONERS

Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Hold a set schedule with a minimum of 20 available hours for massage therapy
  • Deliver clinical treatment recommendations to patients
  • Maintain electronic SOAP notes
  • Participate in occasional health fairs
  • Exude a positive attitude and be a team player!

Qualifications:

  • Must be an experienced LMT in MA
  • Must carry own malpractice insurance
  • Friendly, outgoing, empathetic and kind
  • GREAT team player
Licensed Acupuncturist & Chinese Herbalist:

(Both new grads and experienced acupuncturists are invited to apply.)

  • Hold a set schedule with a minimum of 20 available hours for private acupuncture treatments and/or herbal consultations with use of up to three (3) treatment rooms at a time.
  • Deliver clinical treatment recommendations to patients
  • Maintain electronic SOAP notes
  • Participate in laundering of linens in on-site laundry
  • Participate in occasional health fairs
  • Exude a positive attitude and be a team player!

Education/Qualifications:

  • Must hold a MAc. or MAOM
  • Must be a Licensed Acupuncturist in MA
  • Chinese herbal qualification a plus
  • Must carry own malpractice insurance
  • Friendly, outgoing, empathetic and kind
  • GREAT team player

INTERNSHIPS

We are always excited to take on student interns! Please contact us regarding the following programs:

  • Acupuncture Assistantship – designed for Acupuncture students to observe and assist in treatments and in the office. Appropriate during a student’s first two years of their Acupuncture education.
  • Massage Therapy Intern – designed for Massage Therapy students to give treatments to and receive feedback and guidance from our trained clinical staff.
  • Medical Office – designed for candidates in Medical Office, Business Administration or similar programs, giving experience in learning and performing common office tasks.
